Pricing is a little on the high side, and they are not very willing to negotiate. Finance and the transaction was fast, fair and easy. Extended warranty package is a little sketchy. Overall experience was at best average and was saved by the finance package.

Beware: Band-aid fixes and zero loyalty to repeat buyers
I have purchased six vehicles from the Chapman group (2 Trucks, 2 Fords, a Chrysler, and now a Jeep), but after my recent experience at Chapman Ford of Horsham, I will never return.
I bought a vehicle on Jan 28. After sitting for a few days while I was away, I started it to find the Stop/Start system disabled with a warning light. It turns out they replaced the main battery on Jan 13 (right before the sale) but ignored the auxiliary battery.

I've been a big fan of Chapman Ford Horsham for years, the service department is easy to worth with, Larisa recently provided great service and is great to work with.
This dealership is dishonest and should be shut down permanently. Unfortunately, the law does not allow us to recoup our losses against car dealerships. These people will just have to live with the fact that they are less than human.
AJ did everything in his power to make my deal work and it turned out to be a very pleasant 1 hour experience.

Best price around on a used Expedition- in great condition. A fair deal overall- no haggling needed, no pressure. Quick appointment for purchase. Had to decline the extended warranties and options 3x but stuck with an "anti-theft" sticker.

Rainy Saturday. No sales person ever came out to great us while we were wandering around the lot. Came to look at some used trucks we saw on their website.
All the trucks we supposed to have been through their multi point inspections and ready to go. Asked to test drive 2 trucks. 1st truck they couldn't find on lot then when found, had no keys.2nd truck on lot supposedly ready to go. Had a list of repairs needed that would need 5000 grand to fix. Including broken front end linkage.
This would be after paying 23,000 for the truck.

Worst car buying experience ever. Lack of communication, they damaged my new order purchase. They had it at their body shop for over 2 weeks and never communicated to me what was going on or when it would be done. After finally picking it up they never apologized for the damages or the inconvenience of the whole ordeal and the terrible experience they gave me. The check engine light and gas cap light came on in my vehicle. I went to Chapman Jeep at 8am to have the vehicle checked. I did not have an appointment. Alfredo Vaz in the Service Department immediately had my vehicle pulled into line for evaluation. After the evaluation the repair was made and I was on my way before noon. Alfredo and the team at Chapman are superb and very customer oriented. While there I spoke with sales persons and they were great in assisting me on possible future purchases, too.
Chapman is a scam. I ordered my Wrangler 392 with them and although Stellantis price protected the order; Chapman backed out on their word and wanted $3,000 more when the vehicle showed up 7 months later. They need customer name and addresses to order speciality vehicles that are high in demand and do that using fancy marketing trickery of discounts knowing well that prices increase in an inflationary economy and all discounts are eaten up as they don't pass the price lock to the customers. I took my Jeep in for an oil change and 60,000 mile service. It was suggested that I should get an inspection since it was almost due. The technician walked me through the issues with my car (just regular wear and tear) via a video. I felt informed and road ready. Alfredo was great, as usual.
